Treviso Developments has many decades of residential and commercial development experience across an array of projects throughout Ontario.
Founded in 1978 as Rossbro Developments, the company was later renamed Treviso Developments and continues to operate as a privately owned real estate firm. Beginning modestly with the construction of custom single-family homes, Treviso has since evolved into a fully integrated development company.
Shortly after its incorporation, Treviso expanded beyond residential projects into the commercial and industrial sectors, completing several developments in the Mississauga area.
During the early 1990s, Treviso became one of the most active firms in the non-profit housing sector, delivering numerous projects for the Ministry of Housing.
The company then entered the seniors housing market. Its first development in Woodbridge was among the earliest condominiums built in Vaughan — and the first designed specifically for independent senior living. This was followed by a four-building, 350-unit complex in Maple and later by The Residences of Springhill in King City.
Today, Treviso maintains a diverse portfolio of projects spanning multiple asset classes throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa.
